DESCRIPTION
Had the Buffet.  They only serve buffet style. Right off the bat walking into the place you can tell this is a cookie-cutter restaurant.  The typical new style theme is all over the place.  There is a blacked out ceiling, stained concrete floor, bar with lots of alcohol and loud obnoxious music playing in the back ground.  It made it hard to talk to Mary it was so loud.  There was only 2 other parties, about 7 people total dining when we get there.
They have a good system.  If you are not sure about what to put together they have little cards that have the best mix and matches for what you want to eat.  They have that same old flat round doughnut looking grill that is popping up all over the place at other Asian buffet style restaurants.
The food came out right off the grill and was hot as hell...  Good..  One thing we noticed was that a lot of the foods jucices made a sort of paste and made the food taste kind of dry.
The bowls that you get when you enter the place is a small metal bowl. When you are served the meal is in a plastic tilted bigger bowl.  The serving bowl is a nice touch.
The tables are a tiny bit on the small side if you are going to have 4 adults at the table.
The bathrooms are almost non-existant. They are about the size of a big broom closet and are not very usable by more than two people at a time. They both had a changing tables and if someone was going to use it you would not be able to leave or enter the bathroom.
The cheesecake was VERY good but was a frozen prebought affair. I found out because the middle was frozen BUT was real rich.
There were signs that let us know if you needed any special attention for your order. They were willing to cook the rice with or with out the meal. Nice touch.

CONCLUSION
All in all it is a nice place. To us it is another strip center restaurant .  Nothing special.  Decent place to eat if you are in the area and want buffet style food.  Ask the manager to turn down the freaking music. They offer single visit and bottomless bowl meals.

DESCRIPTION
This is the "Hole-in-the-wall" of Mongolian BBQ places.   They are packed during lunch and have almost a packed house all evening.  This is a family owned joint and you can tell.  The food is basic but you get to make your own or order off the menu.  The menue items are really good and quite a bit of food.  The service is quick and when you arder off the menu you get it quickly also.  You walk into the place drop your keys or cell phone on the table you want to sit at then walk up to the bowl table.  Your wait person (either mom or son) will come up and ask what do you want to drink and what kind of soup do you want.  When you get back to your table you will find a big metal covered container of white rice waiting for you, plates, soup, and utencils.  The table has the normal condements sitting on them.
When you grab your bowl you move to the right and you will have the choice of Beef, lamb, pork or chicken.  The bowls are the biggest I have seen in these places.  I am a big guy and I can pack one heck of a bowl.... Once you put your choice of meat in the bowl you move to the right some more to the rabit food.  Pick your choice of greens, sprouts, onions, broc,  etc...  Their choices are not as plentiful as other buffet BBQ places but they are enough to enjoy.  When you hit the end of the table keep walking around to the other side of it for the rest of the rabit food and (out opinion) the best low-mein noodle made.  Pile it high and move down to the sauces. Laddle on soy sauce, garlic water, oils, and spicy sauce then take it to the cooks.
Personal note here. Keep the line moving.  When you put your bowl up on the counter for the cook to get to it you keep moving to the left.  When you are on the left side of the counter you will be given your food back in a nice clean bowl.  Once the cook gets it he places your food on this "WELL USED", WELL SEASONED shield.  You will not find this cooking surface anywhere else.  This thing has a slight downlslope to it and the cooks only use two long woodeden sticks to toss your food around on it. When you food is done they slap those long sticks on the shield and rake all your food into a clean bowl.  They wipe the sides off and give it back to you.  Take it back to your table and eat away.
They have no music but have a small wall mounted TV and they normally have it on news or some local station.  If you ask they will change the channel.  Like I said it is family owned and it is in a stip center and it is a older part of town.  The food is great. We drive all the way across town to eat here.  No other place can match the food here.  We often wonder why they do not move to a more prominant place but they pack the place where they are.  They are doing something right..
Try to not go to the bathroom if you can help it. It is more like a old gas station bathroom. That is about the biggest downfall to the place. Other than that everything is great.

CONCLUSION
All in all it is a nice place. This is a strip center restaurant . Great food  period.  Great place to eat if you are in the area and want buffet style food.  They offer Buffet and menu meals.
